Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of MarketVisionWorks (59170, 14 Rue de la Gare, Croix, France), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services
MarketVisionWorks provides market research, data analysis, and visual strategy services. Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or proposals.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all deliverables (research reports, visual assets, strategy documents) are transferred to the client. MarketVisionWorks retains the right to reference anonymized project outcomes for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. Work may be suspended on accounts overdue by more than 30 days.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination for a period of 24 months.
6. Limitation of Liability
MarketVisionWorks' total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lille, France.
Refund Policy
1. General Policy
MarketVisionWorks operates on a milestone-based payment structure. Refund eligibility is assessed based on the project stage at the time of the cancellation request.
2. Pre-Project Cancellation
If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within 14 business days.
3. Partial Completion
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, payment for completed milestones is non-refundable. Any advance payment for unstarted milestones will be refunded proportionally.
4. Deliverable Disputes
If deliverables do not meet the specifications outlined in the project agreement, MarketVisionWorks will revise the deliverables at no additional cost within the originally agreed scope. If revisions cannot satisfy the agreed specifications, a proportional refund will be negotiated in good faith.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Third-party costs incurred on the client's behalf (stock imagery, font licenses, software subscriptions) are non-refundable once purchased.
